Baylor School (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us. This privacy policy explains how we use and disclose personal information that we collect from people who visit our website at https://www.baylorschool.org. We apply the same principles to all personal information provided to us offline.

  • To a student’s parents or guardians;
  • With other members of Baylor’s community, including in student, parent, and alumni directories;

  • At your request, such as providing student information to third parties for standardized testing, transfers to a new school, financial aid applications and administration, or applications for college;
  • With your consent or the consent of a student’s parent or guardian or as stated at the time of data collection or sharing;
  • With research, accreditation and oversight entities;
  • As required or requested by legal, regulatory, or governmental process, such as subpoenas and court orders; or
  • In connection with a health or safety emergency, disciplinary proceedings, or as otherwise determined by Baylor to be reasonably necessary to protect the rights of Baylor, its students, its employees, or other members of our community.

In addition, we may disclose, without restriction, non-personal information and any aggregated or de-identified personal information that is not linked to a specific person.  We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Updating your Information
You may request to review, update, change, or delete your personal information, or the personal information of a student of whom you are the parent or guardian, by logging into myBaylor at https://baylorschool.myschoolapp.com or by making a request via the contact information specified below.  You may also request to opt out of our processing of your personal information (e.g., unsubscribe to our emails).  We may require authentication of the requester’s identity before considering any such request.

Updating our Privacy Policy
Baylor may revise this privacy policy at any time. We encourage you to review our privacy policy periodically to learn of any updates.

Terms of Use
Your use of our website and any disputes arising from it are subject to this privacy policy and our terms of use. All content and website code are the exclusive property of Baylor, its licensors, or third-party content providers. Baylor makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate content on our website. However, some content may be inaccurate or outdated.  Your use of this website is entirely at your own risk.

Social Media Use
Baylor reserves the right to remove any material from our social media channels that we deem in violation of our community standards.
