Found Poem: I Have To Confess
Maya Patel, Cate Fisher

I have trouble sleeping.
I been scared,
Nobody fight for me.
I looked to her for her help,
To stay alive.

She say
I deserve more than this.
She hold me close
And talks so sweet.
I want to shout:
She not mean, not spiteful.
I look to her
To stay alive.

I love you, she say.
My heart starts to cramp.
I have to confess,
My feet can let go
The spot they are stuck.
I need to see her eyes
To stay alive.

I feel different.
I got what you call
A passion for her.
First time somebody
make something
and name it
After me.
I sleep like a baby now.
