Parent Alliance

We are pleased to announce that Jenny Stickley will serve as the Parent Alliance president for a two-year term (2021-22 and 2022-23). In her role as president, she will also be a member of the Baylor Board of Trustees. Jenny graduated from Baylor in 1990. She and her husband, Robert, are the parents of Caroline '25 and Thomas '26.

A message from Jenny:

I am excited to serve the Baylor Parent Alliance this year. If you are looking for a way to get involved at Baylor, please let me know! Baylor’s Parent Alliance plays an integral role at our school, providing opportunities for parents to serve Baylor, as well as connect with others in our community. Pulling from my memories on our beautiful campus as a member of the class of 1990, I am truly thankful for every day that my children get to spend at this school. I know first-hand how fortunate our children are to be here.

As a Baylor parent, you are a part of the Baylor community. Whether your focus is to meet one of your child’s teachers, connect with a coach, or to get involved with admissions and promoting Baylor to others, the Parent Alliance is a great place to start. It is pretty special to catch a glimpse of your children busy and thriving in their daily routine! I hope you will join me and get involved with our Baylor School community.

Go Big Red!

Jenny Stickley '90

Our Mission

The mission of the Parent Alliance is to be a responsible and relevant partner with the Baylor community in advancing the school’s mission by giving parents a forum in which to communicate their interests, cares and concerns to the administration and one another and by planning and producing events and activities that support this purpose.

As parents, step-parents or guardians of a Baylor student, we all are members of the Baylor Parent Alliance. The Baylor Parent Alliance was formed so that parents could get involved with Baylor. Parents have a role to play, in partnership with Baylor’s administration, staff and faculty, in ensuring the best environment possible for the education and development of Baylor students. The Parent Alliance is the vehicle that enables parents to get involved at Baylor. Through the Parent Alliance, parents can:

• Be a resource for Baylor’s administration, faculty and staff
• More effectively contribute their time and talents as volunteers
• Help build school spirit and a sense of school community
• Foster parent-to-parent communication and support
• Help promote and market the school
