Maggie Corey '04

A graduate of 2004, Maggie joined the Baylor Advancement team in 2017 as the Associate Director of Annual Giving before moving into her current role as a Major Gifts Officer. She supported four Celebrations auctions, three Uncorked! auctions, as well as many alumni phonathons and other Baylor Fund events.  She is excited to move into her new role and help align donors’ philanthropic interests with opportunities to enhance the Baylor experience. Maggie and her son, Jack ‘29, live on Lookout Mountain and enjoy traveling and all things Baylor. 

Clay Crumbliss CFA '03

A graduate of the Class of 2003, Clay returned to Baylor in 2026 as a  Major Gifts Officer following nearly two decades in investment banking, institutional equity research, and investor relations. After a career spent advising companies and institutional investors, Clay is now channeling that experience toward connecting Baylor's donors with opportunities to make a lasting impact on the school he loves. Clay currently serves on the Town Council for the Town of Signal Mountain, where he lives with his wife, Rachael, and their children, Benji and Caroline.

Andee Guthrie

Andee joined the team in 2026, taking on the newly added role of Alumni Donor Relations Manager. She has been a very involved volunteer at Baylor for many years. Andee was the Co-Chair of Celebrations in 2025, has worked on three Celebrations events in various Chair roles, and has served on Parent Alliance in multiple positions. She is excited about her new position in helping to engage alumni to give back and keeping them informed of all the wonderful things occurring at their Alma Mater.  She is married to Jonathan Guthrie ‘92; together, they are the parents of two daughters, Mary Margaret ’25 and Molly ’30. 

Janet Hartman

Janet joined our team in 2019, after chairing the Celebrations! As the Associate Director of Annual Giving, Janet focuses on coordinating cultivation and stewardship events. She is married to Ricky Hartman '87; together, they are the parents of two Baylor alumni – Julia ‘20 and Stewart ‘23. 

Stacy Enloe Hooper '92

Stacy is a 1992 Baylor graduate, returning in 2026 to join the Advancement Office as Alumni Engagement Coordinator. Passionate about building community, she enjoys creating opportunities for alumni to reconnect with classmates, engage with current students, and remain involved with Baylor long after graduation. Stacy and her husband, Mark, are parents to Reeves '31, Tom, Jack and Phillip. Outside of Baylor, they love to travel and spend many weekends cheering from baseball fields around the country.

Allison McMahan LaPorta '01

Allison is a 3rd generation alum who graduated from Baylor in 2001 and returned to us in 2023. She has recently moved into the role of Family Engagement Coordinator in which she works with current parents and current grandparents to help engage and connect our Baylor families. Allison also shares a part-time advisor role for the female boarding students in Lowrance Hall. Allison and her husband, Nick, are the parents to Wyatt '31 and Olivia.

Mary Stagmaier Lenes '10

Mary graduated from Baylor in 2010 and returned in August 2024 as the Director of Regional Cultivation. In this role she works collaboratively with Admissions to identify, recruit, and enroll qualified prospective students, and to solicit and steward major donors from North and South Carolina. She and her husband have three young boys and call Charlotte, North Carolina, home. She enjoys traveling to campus often and supporting numerous Baylor events. 

Katie Christnacht McKenna '97

Katie is a 1999 Baylor graduate who joined our team in early 2024 as Prospect Research and Development Assistant and is now the Associate Director of Advancement Services. On the hall, she handles prospect research, donor and alumni database management and alignment, and cheerfully assists with any other tasks needed within the team.  Katie and her husband, Kevin '97, are the parents of Owen '27, Brecken '28 and Bennett.

Jasmin Rippon

Jasmin started as Baylor’s Director of Annual Giving in summer 2025. With more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and over a decade in senior leadership roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and mission-driven philanthropy. As Director of Annual Giving, Jasmin manages all of Baylor’s annual giving initiatives. She and her husband, Erik, are parents to Maddin ‘29.

Melissa Love Snyder '90

Melissa is a 1990 Baylor graduate, returning to join the Advancement team in 2021. As Director of Alumni Engagement, Melissa works to develop and execute strategic initiatives with the goal to maintain and cultivate relationships with alumni. Melisssa oversees all alumni activities and events, with a primary focus on regional engagement and cultivation. She and her husband, Paul are also parents of two Baylor alumni, Daniel ‘21, and Kaylee ‘24.

Tyler Stinnett '00

A 2000 Baylor graduate, Tyler Stinnett was recently appointed as Director of Major Gifts and Stewardship bringing extensive experience in sales, client management, and business development to the role.  Tyler is responsible for supporting and enhancing Baylor’s overall fundraising and alumni engagement efforts by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors capable of making major gifts.  Tyler and his wife, Kathleen Farr Stinnett ’01 and their two children, Margaret, and Carter recently moved back to Chattanooga from Atlanta.

Libby Thoni

As Director of Advancement Services, Libby ensures that advancement operations are efficient, effective and on the forefront.  She is responsible for the mechanical aspects of fundraising initiatives and provides analytic and logistic support to the gift officers. Libby and her husband, Joe, are parents to three Baylor alums- Will '10, Lizzie '17 and Baird, '19.

Tiffany Townsend '95

Tiffany graduated from Baylor in 1995 and returned in July 2023 to serve as the Chief Advancement Officer.  In this role, Tiffany is responsible for managing the Advancement team and for overseeing all activities related to planning and executing strategic advancement efforts. Tiffany and her husband, Todd, are parents to Clara '30.

Robbin Willie

If you give a gift to Baylor, chances are it will cross Robbin's desk. As Baylor's Gift Accountant, she makes sure your gift is secured and that all gifts are acknowledged in a timely manner.
