Maggie is a 2004 Baylor graduate and serves as Associate Director of Annual Giving. She can help any of our 9,000-plus alumni find just the right way to contribute to The Baylor Fund. She also coordinates our STAT (Students Today Alums Tomorrow) and assists with the Celebrations! auction.

Ramona is the Director of Annual Giving and also plans and coordinates Baylor's biennial auction, Celebrations!. She and her team are responsible for the amazing success of The Baylor Fund each year.

Janet joined our team in 2019, after chairing the Celebrations! Auction the year before. She previously worked as Director of Development at Bright School. She is married to Ricky Hartman '87 and is the parent of two Baylor alumni.

Allison is the Advancement Assistant where she is responsible for supporting the Alumni team. You’ll find her around campus usually walking at a brisk pace, on to cross off the next task, and she’ll always have a smile on her face while doing so! If you need help, she is the right person to ask. Allison is a 2001 Baylor graduate, a 3^rd generation Baylor alum, and is honored to be back working here full-time.

Matt served as Chief Advancement Officer until July 2023 and still remains involved in Baylor's fundraising and donor relations.  He grew up on Baylor's campus and carries a broad knowledge and deep love of the school and it's history.

Katie joined our team in early 2024 as Prospect Research and Development Assistant.  She is a 1999 Baylor graduate and has worked in accounting and HR functions for several companies and organizations throughout her career.  On the hall, she handles prospect research and database management and assists with any other tasks needed within the team. 

As Director of Alumni Engagement, Melissa coordinates all the alumni events, from regional gatherings to the annual Alumni Weekend festivities including class reunions.

A 2000 Baylor graduate, Tyler Stinnett was recently appointed as Director of Major Gifts and Stewardship bringing extensive experience in sales, client management, and business development to the role.  Tyler is responsible for supporting and enhancing Baylor’s overall fundraising and alumni engagement efforts by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors capable of making major gifts.  Tyler and his wife, Kathleen Farr Stinnett ’01 and their two children, Margaret, and Carter recently moved back to Chattanooga from Atlanta.

As Director of Advancement Services, Libby ensures that advancement operations are efficient, effective and on the forefront.  She is responsible for the mechanical aspects of fundraising initiatives and provides analytic and logistic support to the gift officers.

Tiffany graduated from Baylor in 1995 and, in July of 2023,  returned to serve as the Chief Advancement Officer.  In this role, Tiffany is responsible for managing the Advancement team and for overseeing all activities related to planning, managing, and executing strategic advancement efforts.
