Meet our Baylor Fund Parent Co-Chairs

Tim and Teaky Williams, proud Chattanooga natives and parents to Timlan '29, are deeply invested in Baylor's mission and community. Despite their busy schedules, they prioritize staying actively involved at Baylor, attending events and volunteering. The Williams family chose Baylor for Timlan because of its rigorous academics, strong character development, and the vibrant, supportive environment. Watching Timlan grow at Baylor has been a rewarding experience, reaffirming their belief in the school's impact. For the Williams family, giving back to Baylor is more than a duty; it’s a joy and a way to invest in the future of all students. Supporting Baylor strengthens the school they love and ensures it thrives for generations to come.

Chris Gehard and Alma Ayala, parents to Phoenix '30, share a love for outdoor activities and road trips. Every time they step on the Baylor campus for events like Parent’s Day or the Baylor Fund Phone-A-Thon, they are impressed on many levels. As an educator, Chris sees the excellent value in the education offered at Baylor. The depth and rigor of the classes have elevated Phoenix’s learning to a level they never thought possible. Over the last two years, they have seen Phoenix grow immensely as a learner, thanks to the gentle yet high expectations of the educators. Chris and Alma agreed to be Co-Chairs of the Baylor Fund because they have seen firsthand how the funds elevate the Baylor experience daily. The fall Phone-A-Thon is one of their favorite events of the year, and now they can play a much larger role in this important day.
