Chattanooga Dances!
Sept. 20 at 7 p.m.
Chattanooga Center for Creative Arts
Baylor’s Middle and Upper School dancers will perform in this community show that features dance companies from the Chattanooga area.

Fall Play
Oct. 23-26 at 7:30 p.m., Oct. 27 at 2:30 p.m.

The Baylor Players present Little Women.
The iconic March sisters Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy come of age and take on the challenges of finding their place as young women in Civil War era America.  Revisit Louisa May Alcott’s timeless tale of friendship, growing up, and sisterhood through Kate Hamill’s fresh stage adaptation.

Middle School and Upper School Band and Orchestra will present a performance of repertoire studied in the fall semester.

Fall Solo and Ensemble Recital
Dec. 10, 7 p.m.

Instrumental and vocal musicians in the Baylor After School Music program perform solos and chamber music they’ve studied over the course of the semester.

One Acts

Students from the Theater 200/300 Class will present a collection of short plays they have been preparing throughout the semester.

Winter Choir Concert
Dec. 12 at 7 p.m.
Alumni Chapel
Baylor’s Middle School, Upper School, and Community Choirs present this favorite annual tradition of traditional “classics,” holiday carols, and new compositions celebrating the joy of the season.

Middle School Play
Jan. 16-17, 7 p.m. and  Jan. 18, 2:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

The Middle School Players will present Lauren Gunderson's Peter Pan and Wendy. 
In a reimagined telling of J.M. Barrie's  classic, Peter Pan, "bold, budding scientist Wendy Darling dreams of earning a Nobel Prize. When Peter Pan arrives at her bedroom window, she takes a leap and leaves finishing school behind, chasing adventure among the stars. Facing down fairies, mermaids and the dastardly Captain Hook, Wendy, Peter, and their friends discover the power of standing up together for what’s right."

Jan. 25, 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. 
Guerry Dining Hall
The Baylor Winter Players will present student-directed and student-designed children's plays. Come out for an afternoon or evening of family fun with cocoa and cookies provided by the Baylor Backers.

*These plays will also be shared with the community service scholars at Carver and Westside Community Centers in January.

The Baylor Players present Hello, Dolly!
The hit 1964 musical Hello, Dolly! with music by Jerry Herman and book by Michael Stewart follows the exploits of meddling matchmaker Dolly Levi as she sets her sights on a match of her own.  Set in turn of the century New York City, this classic American musical is full of crowd pleasing musical numbers and hilarious hijinks.

An evening of dance featuring Middle School and Upper School dancers performing works choreographed by faculty and students.

Spring Choir Concert
May 12 at 7 p.m.

Baylor’s Middle School, Upper School, and Community Choirs close out the year with a review of contest, tour, and festival repertoire spanning a variety of genres, styles, time periods, and historical contexts as they celebrate a wonderful school year!
