Baylor Girls 54, JPII 41. The Baylor girls' basketball team earned a berth in the TSSAA state Final Four with a 54-41 win over Pope John Paul II in a quarterfinal match-up in Duke Arena Friday night.

The Raiders used a balance scoring attack with Miss Basketball finalist Raegyn Conley leading with 16 points and Cadashia Collins and Bella White adding 14 apiece. Emma Martin had seven and Macy Ann McKnight scored three points. Baylor scorers had 10 3-pointers with Collins hitting four, Conley three, and White, Martin, and McKnight making one each. Ashley Malone of Pope John Paul II led all scorers with 33 of the Knights' 41 points.

This is the eighth Final Four appearance for the Raiders since 1999. Baylor teams played semifinal games in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2009, 2015, 2016, and 2018, and were state runner-up in 2001 and 2016.

Baylor, 24-5, will play undefeated Ensworth, 26-0, in the semifinals at 1:00 ET Friday in Lipscomb University's Allen Arena. The other two teams are Brentwood Academy (21-8) and Briarcrest (25-5), who the Raiders beat earlier this season.
