Baylor 41, GPS 39. The Baylor girls' basketball team withstood a late GPS surge to hold on for a 41-39 win Friday, finishing the regular season with an unblemished 6-0 region record. The win was also the 13th straight for the Raiders, the 23rd of the season.

Miss Basketball finalist Raegyn Conley led Baylor with 22 points, hitting three 3-pointers and going a perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line. Riley Oleksik had two 3-pointers for six points, Cadashia Collins had a 3-pointer and finished with five points, Macy Ann McKnight added four points, and Erin Hughes and Britt Barton scored two points each. GPS was led by Kennedy Ball with 12 points.

Baylor, 23-5, earns a bye in the first round of the state playoffs and will host a state quarterfinal game against a team to be determined Friday at 7:00.
