Cleveland 38, Baylor 26. The Baylor Middle School football team lost at Cleveland 38-26 Thursday. Tyler Rice passed for over 200 yards and three touchdowns, one to Zane Restelli, who had over 100 yards receiving. Cameron Sparks added more than 200 yards on the ground and two touchdowns, one receiving and one rushing.

Nelson McKnight made a critical goal-line interception and several key stops for the Baylor defense, which also got stellar play from Grady Joyner and Carson Lawrence.

Baylor, 1-1, hosts Webb on Sept. 11.
