Baylor Cheerleaders Return to Nationals

The Baylor competitive cheerleading squad is returning to the National High School Cheerleading Championship (NHSCC) for the third consecutive year.

The NHSCC, Feb. 7-9 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Fla., is the most prestigious cheerleading championship in the country and is by bid invitation only. Last year over 400 teams competed in various divisions.

This year's Baylor squad claimed two division championship titles at the regional level and received bids to the NHSCC at four different competitions.

The event will be live streamed on Varsity TV and will be re-broadcast on ESPN networks later.
