Don't miss the 28th annual Vervé performances on Wednesday, Jan. 29, through Friday, Jan. 31, at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m. All performances are free and take place in Roddy Theater.
The show features 28 Upper School dancers and 14 Middle School dancers and work by choreographers Mary Alex Bachus ’21, Dani Clark, Margaret Harman '14, Elizabeth Roemer '05, Zoe Ubamadu ’20, Maxime Werk ’20, and guest artists Louie Marin-Howard and Morgan Forster.
Harman and Roemer teamed up this fall as the new instructors for the after-school dance program at Baylor, replacing Karen Smith, who recently retired. Roemer is the company director of Vervé while teaching Upper School dance electives, and Harman is the artistic director for Vervé and teaches dance in the Middle School.
