Quinn is a Cincinnati, Ohio native where he attended Archbishop Moeller High School before attending the College of William and Mary where he was an All- conference player on the men’s basketball team.  He comes to Baylor after serving for ten seasons as a college basketball coach including stops at Lehigh University and Longwood University where he just helped them to back-to-back trips to the NCAA Tournament. He and his wife, Lindsey, have four boys.
