Molly is originally from Powell, Tenn. and graduated from The Webb School of Knoxville before attending the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.  At UTC, she  earned a B.S. in exercise science while playing on the women’s basketball team.  She went on to earn a master’s degree in public health.  She has served as an assistant (community coach) with Baylor’s varsity coach John Gibson for the past three seasons and joins the school community full-time. Molly and her husband, Chase, have two children.
