Williams earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of Miami and her Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia. With over 20 years of experience in the counseling field, she started her own successful private practice in Chattanooga and has most recently worked as a therapist at Erlanger Medical Center and as an adjunct professor in the M.S.W. program at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Williams is married to Bennett Williams, a high school STEM teacher in Marion County, and has three children, Julia, a member of Baylor’s class of 2021, Sam, in the class of 2023, and a step-daughter, Nora.
