Director of College Counseling

Ann Katherine joined Baylor’s College Counseling office in 2013.  At Baylor, she has also served as Interim Director of College Counseling, Academic Dean of Students for Academics for juniors and seniors, Walkabout instructor, and MLK Day Committee Chair. She also lived on campus for nine years.  Ann Katherine earned a B.A in Spanish and world business and graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree in public administration from The University of Tennessee.

Liz came to Baylor in 2017 and spent six years coaching Baylor’s crew team. She competed at the Division 1 level as a rower at Colgate University, receiving an A.B. in Environmental Economics and English and a M.S.Ed from Johns Hopkins University. She spent her first decade in education working at The Hill School and Lehigh University. Prior to Baylor, Liz served as Associate Director of College Advising for six years at The Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, Conn.

In addition to her role as College Counselor and Testing Coordinator, Kelly also serves as a dorm parent. Kelly earned her B.A. in American Studies from Sewanee and completed her M.Ed. in Independent School Leadership from Vanderbilt University.  Kelly joined the Baylor community in 2016 as Associate Director of Boarding Admission and Director of the Cartter Scholars Program.

Jake returns to Baylor as an associate director of College Counseling. Jake received his B.A. in history from Sewanee. Following graduation, Jake returned to Baylor where he served as a Middle School teaching fellow, a dorm parent, and a Walkabout instructor. For the last eight years he has served as an associate director of admission at Mercersburg Academy in Pennsylvania where he also served as an outdoor education instructor and dorm parent.

Meg Conner
Meg Conner
Associate Director

Meg earned her B.A. in English from Wofford College and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina.  She previously served as a college counselor at Christ School in Asheville, N.C.  Meg has lived on campus since 2015 with her husband, Garrison, and three children, Beach, Molly, and Jack.
