Deposits
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a spot for any section of Baylor Raider Days or Baylor All Sports Camp.
A $50 non-refundable deposit (per sport) is required to hold a spot in any Individual Sports Clinics
A $50 non-refundable deposit (per program) is required to hold a spot in any Enrichment Program
Refund Policy
Camp price is refundable (excluding deposits) up until two weeks prior to the beginning of each camp. After that time, refunds can no longer be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY.
Fee Transfer Policy
The camp fee cannot be transferred to any other Baylor summer camp or camper. Refunds will be processed after the last camp session has ended.
Late Registration Fee
There is a $25 late registration fee for all those signing up the first day of camp. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY.
Swim Lesson Policies (Junior Raiders Only)
SWIM LESSONS ARE 30 minutes long from 3:00 pm – 3:30 or 3:30 – 4:00 pm each day. When your child is not having a lesson, they will be in a supervised activity.
REFUND POLICY: NO REFUNDS. We hire instructors based on our registration
MAKE-UP POLICY: WE DO NOT OFFER MAKE-UPS for illness, inclement weather, or conflicts with other activities.
POOL CLOSINGS: The outdoor pool will be closed for the following reasons:
When a child vomits or has a bowel movement in the pool, the pool must be closed for sanitation.
Inclement weather: No make-up classes will be scheduled for inclement weather.
POOL CLOSING FEE: If your child vomits or has a bowel movement in the pool thereby causing the pool to be closed, you will be assessed a fee of $100.00. Your child will not be allowed to participate in class until the fee is paid.
