Introducing e2campus Emergency Notification System

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible communication with the Baylor community in the event of a campus emergency, we are implementing a new state-of-the-art text message notification system called e2campus.  This automated system will be used to inform faculty, staff, students, and parents of critical information such as safety issues and school closings. 

Once you register following the steps below, emergency messages from Baylor will be sent instantly and simultaneously to your text-enabled mobile phone and e-mail address.  Not into texting?  No problem. You can choose to have a recorded message delivered to your cell phone or landline.  In addition, messages can be imported as a “pop up” on your computer screen if you are using Google, Yahoo or AOL as your home page.

We will soon be sharing this same information with students and will be asking their assistance in verifying their contact information.

To Register

Please follow the directions below to make sure we have the most up-to-date contact information for you in the event of an emergency.  Note:  International numbers will not work with this system.  Our Residential Life office will notify these families on an individual basis if necessary.

To begin…
1. Login to e2campus below using your Baylor username and password.  This is the same login used to access grades on our NetClassroom system and messages in your Baylor email account. NOTE: use only lowercase letters when entering your username and password. 

2. Click on the ‘Services’ tab at the top of the page and validate the pre-populated contact information from the school data base, and take a few moments to add other ways you would like to be contacted.  If the information appearing in your account is incorrect, please update with accurate numbers.
(Note:  Consider adding a non-Baylor email address in the event of Internet failure on campus that would prevent us from using the First Class email system. You will need to verify additional emails by replying (with quote) to an email from e2campus).

3. You can update your information at any time by logging in and making changes.
