Accessing Your Child's Grades and Schedule Online . . . What You Need to Know

Baylor parents are able to check their child's report card and schedule electronically by following these simple steps:

All parents have been assigned a NetSchool Classroom Password and User ID for accessing their child's grades and schedule. If you lose your Password and User ID, or simply have questions, e-mail Floyd Celapino.

An e-mail will be sent to you through your Baylor e-mail account notifying you that your child's grades have been posted in NetSchool.

For security reasons, this Password and User ID cannot be changed. Also, for security reasons, this Password and User ID is different from your Baylor e-mail account information. (click here to learn more about your Baylor e-mail account).

Once you have your User ID and Password, click here to enter Baylor's NetSchool.

Simply enter your NetSchool user ID and Password. You will go to a screen that will give you four choices: Report Card, Exit, Schedule, and FAQ.

FOR GRADES: Click on Report Card

FOR SCHEDULE: Click on Schedule

You will come to a page that is a frame. Click on schedule. It takes about a minute for the program to run from a modem.

If your child is in grades 9-12, the schedule for the first semester will appear. To see the schedule for the second semester, select the year (ie. 2005-06). Select 'Spring' from the drop down menu and click on refresh.

If your child is in grades 6-8, the drop down menu will appear, but the schedule won't. From the menu select the year (ie. 2005-06) Qtr 1. The schedule for the first quarter will appear.

If you want to print the schedule, it is best to do this in landscape (the page gets truncated in portrait). To do this, go to file, page set up. On the bottom left, select landscape and click OK. Make sure that you can see the entire schedule on the page – the top of your screen should have timetable – you don't want to see the scrolling message.

Go to file, print preview. Select print. A final word of caution. We have tested and retested the software, and we haven't had any problems. We do not, however, know what will happen if 500 people hit it at once. Please be patient. Also, remember that your child is a wonderful resource. If, however, you have any problems, do not hesitate to e-mail Floyd Celapino.
