Graduation Information - Class of 2008

Caps and Gowns
Seniors have already been measured for cap & gown and will be notified when to pick them up in the bookstore before departing on the Senior Trip in May.

Invitations
All graduation invitation orders are due in the bookstore by Wednesday, January 16. The Balfour Company representative will be in the bookstore on this day from 11:00 – 1:00. Delivery of orders will be the end of April. Seniors will be notified in the daily announcements when they arrive. Contact: Mark Baliles, bookstore manager, ext. 566 or mbaliles@baylorschool.org.

Senior Party
Senior parents will plan a party for the graduates the night of graduation. You will receive information about the party plans and volunteer opportunities when arrangements are confirmed.

Headmaster’s Reception
Dr. & Mrs. Stacy will host an informal reception for graduates and their parents on Friday evening, May 30. You will receive an invitation in May.

Seating
In order for the immediate family of graduates to have proper seating, there will be a special reserved section in the front center section. Each graduate will receive six priority seating tickets (mailed home in May) to ensure seats in this area. Doors to the Field House will open at 8:30 AM. There will be plenty of seating for additional family and friends in the general sections.

Photography
Prestige Portraits by Lifetouch will take a picture of each graduate receiving his or her diploma & will provide an ordering opportunity.

Senior Trip Video
A video of graduation (and the senior trip) will also be available for purchase. You will receive ordering information from the videographer.
