Several years ago, Baylor began posting grades, transcripts, and class schedules online. This year we are adding registration through InfoSnap and tuition and billing through FACTS, further simplifying paperwork for families while reinforcing the school's commitment to efficiency and environmental sustainability. Here’s what you need to know:
Online InfoSnap Registration (Required of all Parents)
Registration is now handled online through InfoSnap. Once we receive your contract and deposit you will be entered into our enrollment data base. At this time, new families will receive an InfoSnap account and information in a mailing. Once you log in to the secure InfoSnap site, you will be prompted to complete various information forms for the new school year. Please submit these forms electronically on as soon as possible so we can continue to process your child's class schedule.
FACTS Tuition Payments (Required of all Parents)
All parents are required to make payments through FACTS Tuition Management for the upcoming academic year. For information, contact Jennifer Cookston in the business office at 423-267-8506, ext. 227.
Course Signup for New Students
The Upper School course signup form and course catalog are available online in the student resources center here. Families who have not returned their contract and deposit will not be able to sign up for classes. Middle School students will receive their course schedules in August through the Middle School office.

We have created a new section of the website just for our new parents, where you will learn more about our many programs, uniform and book purchases, volunteer opportunities through the Baylor Parent Alliance, school communication, and other important information.

Registration and Course Signup Deadlines
Because contract renewal, course signup, and registration are now connected electronically,
it is important that you adhere to key deadlines in order for your child to receive his or her class schedule.
July 29: Health physical forms are due to the Baylor Health Center. Physicals may be obtained through the Baylor Health Center; please call (423) 267-8506, ext. 239 to make an appointment.
