FABS & Friends

FABS Families and FABS Friends assist the boarding community in many ways:

FABS Friends

FABS Friends are Baylor families and alumni who volunteer throughout the year, bringing snacks and treats to the dorms every month, decorating the Student Center for holidays and special events, hosting dinners in their homes for adviser groups, hosting boarding students who stay in the Chattanooga area over school breaks and providing support in any way needed. FABS Families

FABS (Families Assisting Boarding Students) welcome new boarding students to Baylor and offer them assistance throughout the school year. New boarding students are paired with a specific FABS family in the second semester of the year. Returning students may also choose to have a FABS Family.

FABS Exchange

FABS Exchange Families serve as hosts to our new International students. Their involvement begins during Orientation weekend and continues throughout the year. FABS Exchange Families provide support and encouragement as our new international students adjust to life at Baylor and American culture.
