Baylor Alumni Community App
Powered By Evertrue
The Alumni Office is pleased to introduce a new way for Baylor alumni to reconnect and network with fellow alumni. The alumni community app takes your public profile information from LinkedIn and combines it with information you’ve shared with Baylor, making it a powerful networking tool for the Baylor alumni community. Only fellow Baylor alumni have access and can see your information. *
Privacy settings which you have confirmed within LinkedIn and Facebook will apply the same on the app.
Downloading The App
1. To download, search for “Alumni Community” in the App store or in Google Play and download. Alumni Community by EverTrue will be the first result. Select and download/open.
2. Once you have downloaded the app and opened it, you will be prompted to select your school (Baylor School) and prompted to login. Follow the directions.
How Do I Log In?
Log in using your first and last name and your email address. If the email address matches what Baylor has on file, you’ll receive an authentication message in your email inbox immediately. Be sure to open the email you receive on the mobile device used to download the app. Then click “Verify” and you will have access to the app.
If the email you used to log in does not match the address we have on file for you, the Alumni Office will have to match your new email address to your Alumni Community profile. This is usually done within one business day. Once matched, you will receive an email on the mobile device used to download the app. Click “verify” and you will have access to the app.
The “Alumni Nearby” map feature allows you to identify fellow Raiders in your industry or neighborhood! The app DOES NOT track where you are physically. It simply shows the postal address you’ve shared via our school database and/or LinkedIn. If the address listed is old or incorrect, please use the “update this profile” yellow button within the app to submit your correction and we will update it for you. Be sure to identify the update as “new home address” or “new business info”.
PROFESSIONALS TO KNOW
Thanks to an amazing integration with LinkedIn, this portion allows you to network directly with 8,000+ other Baylor alumni. Contact fellow alumni for leads on jobs, internships and career advice.
Search for classmates in particular geographical locations, class year and more with this handy feature. From here, you can locate an alumni record and contact them directly.
A great resource for class agents, reunion planners and alumni seeking to network, find a new job or internship, this feature allows alumni to run customized searches to segment their alumni community by class year, industry and company.

By default, the following is automatically published for all alumni in the directory: name, city, state, country, and e-mail address. It will also pull in whatever information you have made public on LinkedIn. Only alumni, Development Office staff members, and Baylor administrators have access to the app. Non-alumni cannot join and cannot access the app.
You may also contact the Alumni Office at email@example.com or(423) 267-8506 ext. 388 and we will be happy to assist you.
The nearby tool has many great functions that allow you to easily reconnect with your fellow alumni/ae. Click on the upper right hand corner and you will see a clipboard that lists out all the alumni/ae in your area by class year. Additionally you can click on the magnifying glass at the bottom of map, which allows you to enter a specific address or location to search. You can also zoom out by pinching two fingers together on the screen, and then drag your finger to the desired place on the map. A Baylor B pin will display any alumni in that area.
