College Counseling

Baylor's College Counseling Office assists students in the college admissions process, emphasizing finding a match between college and student. We believe that the college counseling program begins and ends with the student.

Each Student is Unique

Each student has a different story to tell. We begin working intensely with juniors during the second semester and continue that realtionship through the senior year, tailoring our work to fit their needs.

Our Mission

As college counselors, we provide guidance and advice, ask probing questions, make recommendations and suggestions, provide referrals, and above all, inform our students of the many opportunities available to them. This entire process is about the student; who must take the college entrance exams, write the essays, complete the application, and ultimately attend college. We value the relationships we establish with our students in the course of our counseling efforts, and look forward to working with them.
