What Parents Say About Baylor

We asked current Baylor parents to respond to the following question: “How does Baylor compare to the school you attended?”

Type of school attended: Public, coed school

Baylor is different from the school I attended in virtually every way. The biggest difference, though, is class size. My school had approximately 25 students per class. I have very good memories of the school, but they didn’t have the resources that Baylor does. There was no extra help, and it was difficult with so many students to establish relationships. Guidance counselors, for example, had many more students reporting to them. I like the relationships the kids have with their teachers at Baylor, the adviser system, and that Haley can choose from so many electives, especially culturally oriented activities like dance and pottery. Although I liked my school, we all want better for our children.
